Do I need a SIM card or an app?
No. The TD20 uses built-in vSIM technology, so there's no physical SIM to insert and no app to download. Power it on, connect by QR code or WiFi password, and you're online in minutes.
Does it have a battery, or how is it powered?
The TD20 has no built-in battery — it's designed to run continuously from a power source. It draws DC 5V power via Type-A, Type-C, or a USB charger, making it ideal for cars, RVs, and trucks where it can stay plugged in.
How many devices can I connect, and what WiFi does it use?
It supports WiFi 6 (802.11 b/g/n/ac/ax) and connects up to 16 devices at once — enough for the whole vehicle, from phones and tablets to laptops and dashcams.
Which countries does it work in, and can it switch networks?
The TD20 works across 150+ countries. Thanks to vSIM, it switches freely between multiple local carriers in a country, automatically selecting a strong network so you stay connected as you travel.
How do I add data, and are there any contracts?
No contracts and no monthly fees. When you need more data, scan the QR code on the device to buy a plan by region — no app required. You only pay for the plans you choose, whenever you need them.

Used it across Japan and Korea for two weeks. Connected the second I turned it on — no SIM, no fuss. The whole family shared it.
I work remotely from my RV. This is my backup line now and it's already saved two client calls. Battery easily lasts a workday.
Way cheaper than roaming on my last Europe trip. Topping up per country was simple, and 4G was plenty fast for maps and calls.
